We really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. What stood out most was that Chris never made us feel pressured. Unlike the stereotypical pushy car salesperson, he gave us the time and space to think through our decision, which made the entire experience much more comfortable and enjoyable. We truly felt that he wanted us to find the right vehicle rather than just make a sale. His approach was actually one of the main reasons we chose to return to this dealership. I was not pleased with this dealership. After making a deal on a saturday, they did not call me on monday like they said they would. I left the message on tuesday but did not receive a call After making a deal on a saturday, they did not call me on monday like they said they would. I left the message on tuesday but did not receive a call back. After calling again on Wednesday, They finally called me back. The money was wired directly to them, And they said the car would be ready on friday. I said I would pick it up on saturday morning. The car was not ready on saturday morning. None of paperwork had been done, The detailing looked as if it was rushed. They did no maintenance on the car. The air filter and the cabin air filter needed immediate replacement. I was very disappointed in this dealership More
