I purchased a brand new Genesis G90 on February 12th 2026 and paid $105,145.00 on the invoice there was a line item saying Triton Protection, I asked what this $1,995.00 charge was for, the sales person said and paid $105,145.00 on the invoice there was a line item saying Triton Protection, I asked what this $1,995.00 charge was for, the sales person said it was for a ceramic treatment that was applied to the vehicle upon delivery, I thought it was a little expensive, however it was a good thing to help protect my paint and investment, on March 20th I was driving in the rain and noticed that the rain wasn't beading up, so I reached out to the sales person and asked again if the treatment was done, she said in a harsh tone, the car had the treatment and hung up. On March 25th I took my new car to a professional automotive detailing shop and asked if they could tell if the car had a ceramic treatment done to it, after a careful examination they informed me there was no treatment ever applied to the vehicle at that point l authorized them to apply the coating. I reached out to the sales manager, Elan Smith, I explained what was going on, I sent them several pictures of the car during the coating process proving to them that I actually had the treatment done and the invoice, he said to submit the invoice and he would look into it, after a couple of months went by, and with me calling weekly to see if they were going to reimburse me, the dealer finally offered me $500.00 to settle it, I asked why only half the amount, they told me that I put a better treatment on the car than they did, I explained that there was never a treatment put on the car and they charged me $1,995.00 for nothing so held my ground and demanded that they reimburse the $932.25, they said take it or leave it... I left several messages for the general sales manager however they refused to return my calls.. In my opinion this is a Deceptive Business Practice, to tell a customer he's paying for a service however the service was never performed, this is totally unacceptable especially for a Brand like Genesis. More

Our sales representative Jamie Pak greeted us like family and made this the most stress free car buying experince I've ever had. Jamie is very professional and knows her product line very well. I'm pretty tech savvy but my wife not so much. Jamie took great care in explaining all the technological features of the car (of which ther are many). The end result of all this is we drove home in our new '26 GV80 and we couldn't be happier. If your in the market for a Genesis I highly recommend Genesis Of Cumming and sales rep Jamie Pak. More

I made an offer on a used vehicle advertised on CarGurus. The dealer made a counter offer that was fine. When I received the proposal there was an extra $899 document charge. An extra $350 title fee. None of there fees were disclosed on the CarGurus website or on the dealers website. I spoke with the GM and said that I could register and title the car myself when I get back to Ohio, he said it's company policy that they do the title and registration. I don't care what a business wants to do or charge but it's a little shady when they don't disclose these things upfront. More

Based on those commitments, I made the time to visit, only to discover they could not even provide a vehicle to test drive. The lack of preparation and coordination was astounding. To make matters worse, the sales manager offered no meaningful engagement or effort to resolve the situation. The proposal presented was not just uncompetitive - it was absurdly inflated and completely disconnected from market reality. This dealership demonstrated poor communication, a lack of professionalism, and a complete disregard for a customer’s time. I would strongly caution others against expecting transparency or competence here. More

My wife has dementia and Jamie was very attentive to making her comfortable and answering any questions she had. I was mostly a Cadillac purchaser prior the Genesis. This is my second GV80 from this dealership and we have totally enjoyed both. I would recommend Jamie and Genesis of Cumming to the highest degree!! More
