We were in the market for a used car. We decided to check out the Hyundai Elantra since it was the same price point for a new car versus a used car. We purchased a new Hyundai last year We decided to check out the Hyundai Elantra since it was the same price point for a new car versus a used car. We purchased a new Hyundai last year so we are familiar with the Hyundai brand. We wanted to use our local dealership and give them a chance so we went into Hyundai of Cumming (Georgia). From the moment we stepped foot in the dealership until the end when we took delivery everyone was fantastic! Our sales person, John J Johney, was one of the best car sales persons we have ever dealt with. He was honest, patient and worked very hard to answer all our questions and show us any of the cars we wanted to see. Once we decided on moving forward with the Elantra, the sales manager Roger Luker was also outstanding to work with. We have been to lots of car dealerships in our lifetime and I know how difficult working with these sales managers can be and playing the number games. Roger did a good job working with us and took the time to come and communicate directly with us face to face versus second hand through the sales person. Both John and Roger worked to make sure we could maximize all of the rebates that were available and get us the best price possible. Delivery was flawless and we were in and our the door in less than two hours. In the end, it was a fantastic experience and one of the best experiences we have had in a new car dealership.
