Inspection Failure, 30k Maintenance Service. The service technician who serviced my car determined that the issues cited by the inspection authority were erroneous, thus, there existed no repairs The service technician who serviced my car determined that the issues cited by the inspection authority were erroneous, thus, there existed no repairs needed. The technician performed 1. Multi-Point Inspection 2. Misc-Body 3. 30K Maintenance Service I am very appreciative of the candor of Allie and Joe with their disclosure of the fact that there were no malfunctioning systems in my car,.as had been declared by NJ INSPECTIONS Allie provided me with a loaner car which she had Joe deliver to and retrieve from my residence during the service period. In addition, Allie had my car reinspected for me, saving me the second trip to the inspection facility that would have been necessary for me to make. This is what I consider to be exceptional service. My only regret is that the $501.14 did not include the rotation of my tires. In the final analysis, I would highly recommend SALERNO*DUANE to everyone for the exceptional and courteous services rendered. Thank you! More

It was so convenient, I dropped off my car and was on my way in less than 10 minutes. I had the same experience when I picked up my car, less than 10 minutes and I was on my way. They respect their customer's time and are very attentive. As for the quality: I've worked on many cars in the past and I can tell when a mechanic takes his time to service a car the correct way. The service department at Salerno Duane has done a great job on every repair I've brought it in for, and then they go a little above and beyond. In the past I've had an intermittent electrical issue with the car to where it occasionally wouldn't start despite all the obvious reasons being ruled out. After taking it to three other dealers who couldn't figure it out, the Service Department here thoroughly checked every starting system component and identified an incorrect car part that the previous owner had installed. After swapping it out for an OE part, it's been perfect for 2 years running! They put the same attention into my most recent service, and as a result I really do trust them with my car. Highly recommend! More
