Mr. Narvaez, I am sorry to hear that your level of expectation was not met. When you purchased your vehicle in May of 2016, the vehicle was sold with a powertrain only warranty. On June 1st 2016 you brought the vehicle in for a check engine light, a chipped windshield and water leak. We replaced the thermostat and gasket to fix the light. We unclogged the reservoir tank and checked for anymore leaks and none were found. We also fixed the chipped windshield. (Non of these items were covered under your warranty) On August 3rd 2016 (2 months later) you brought the car in for a hole in the carpet. In good faith we fixed that too. (Also not under warranty) On August 23rd, 3 months after we fixed the leak; you brought the car in for another leak and yes you were told that we would could not fix the car at this point and that you should take it to Mazda. You purchased the vehicle with a 90 day POWERTRAIN ONLY Warranty. We dealt with you in good faith by taking care of the other items that were not covered under the warranty. We haven't heard from you in over a year until this negative review. I am sorry that you are still upset, but I believe that we went above and beyond in trying to make a customer happy.
