Prompt and professional service! I was driving home from work and needed to check a tire warning for low air. I decided to stop at the dealer's service department to have air added. K I was driving home from work and needed to check a tire warning for low air. I decided to stop at the dealer's service department to have air added. Klancy immediately took my car into the shop and came back shortly to let me know they had found a nail in my tire. They asked if I wanted them to repair it so I sad go ahead. They directed me to their comfortable waiting room where I enjoyed a cup of hot chocolate and a granola bar. When he told me the repair was done, I was told the repair would be complimentary because I have given them all of my service business. He even offered to wash my car. Now that's service! I only have one negative comment and that is when I got home I realized that the screw cap was missing from my tire valve. I will stop by there for another one when I'm heading that way again. More

2006 Madza Miata About 18 months ago I purchased a 2006 Mazda Miata from Salerno Duane Infinity of Denville. I found the vehicle on line and decided to go and look at About 18 months ago I purchased a 2006 Mazda Miata from Salerno Duane Infinity of Denville. I found the vehicle on line and decided to go and look at it because in 2006 I leased a 2006 infinity G35 from this dealer and was very satisfied the way I was treated. So I decided to purchase the Miata and was very happy with the deal. About a week and half later I noticed that after a heavy rain fall I noticed the driver side carpet was wet and the inside of the car had a wet smell. I thought that maybe I had left the window partially open. A week a later the smell of wetness was stronger and decided to really check the vehicle and found the driver and passenger side doaked. I then reallized there was water coming into the vehicle. I decided to go back to the dealer and speak with the manager. I first met with the salesman who sold me the car and expalined to him the problem I found. The salesman syayed he would speak with the manager and hopefully the deale would fix the problem. The salesman said to leave the car and they would check the car. A week later I was received a call form the salesman and he stated they had fixed the car and was ready for pick up. When I arrived at the dealer I was told the drain plugs we're full of dirt and debris. I took my car and drove home happy. About a week later another heavy rain fall and noticed the driver side and passenger side was getting wet again. I calllex the dealer again and explained to the them I was having the same issue as before. I was told to bring back the car. Once at the dealer I met with the manager and was told they were NOT going to fix the drain plugs period. I had to go to Mazda and was told the drain plugs we're no good and the dealer that sold me the car were responsible for fixing the car. I will never buy a car from this dealer ever again. More
