Brought my car here twice, had bad vibration and noise. They did work on the vehicle and I received the car back with the same vibration as it went in. Calling on Saturday, told I would receive a call back first thing Monday, no call until afternoon on Tuesday demanding I bring the loaner back. While nothing was submitted for my work to be done for the previous 7 days. The fact I was given a loaner is the reason for 2 stars and not one. More

Made an appointment online for 12:30pm the following day. Called first thing the morning of the appointment and Josh said I could bring my car in as early as I wanted. I dropped my car by 9:30am and by 11am, Called first thing the morning of the appointment and Josh said I could bring my car in as early as I wanted. I dropped my car by 9:30am and by 11am, I received a text stating that my car had been seen and what they found, a nail in my right rear tire. Service also performed my upcoming service, oil change and tire rotation (saving me a trip another day) and discovered that my car battery was in need of replacement (under warranty) by 12:45pm, I had my keys in hand and was on my way. Can't tell you how much I appreciated that, especially on a weekend! More
