Infiniti of Denville has been servicing my car for the past 4 years. Every time I come in; I am treated like family. Allie Hoffman is my usual service advisor, she is great at explaining problems, prices past 4 years. Every time I come in; I am treated like family. Allie Hoffman is my usual service advisor, she is great at explaining problems, prices and she is forgiving when I am late for my appointment. The waiting room is very accommodating and luxurious; also feel free to go look at the new models in the showroom. Service is always excellent. Wait time was disappointing. There were no loaner cars available so had to stay at dealership for close to 2 hours.
