The repairs were not done correctly requiring me to bring the car back. The dealership installed a new water pump. A week later I was stuck on the shoulder of route 287 as all radiator fluid was drained the car back. The dealership installed a new water pump. A week later I was stuck on the shoulder of route 287 as all radiator fluid was drained from the car. We later learned, a hose clamp to the radiator was not properly fastened which caused the loss of fluids. To the credit of customer service, they extended themselves to get the car back and correct the problem, however the ordeal of trying to get home with an overheating engine on the shoulder of 287 was very disappointing. An extra thank you to customer service for their prompt attention, making a bad situation as good as possible. More
