On 3/6/2021 I went to the dealership to get my car services (oil change, balance and rotate tires and windshield wiper replacement). When they finished repairing my vehicle one of the service reminder services (oil change, balance and rotate tires and windshield wiper replacement). When they finished repairing my vehicle one of the service reminders was still displaying on the car. I drove back around to have them assist and remove. When the repair person tried to take it off he said the buttons on the dashboard were not working and proceeded to say they were working before as he tried to press them. He asked me to shut the vehicle off then shut it back on which I did and then he said "wow none of it is working now." He then asked me to go back to the waiting area, which I did for 20 minutes and they came back stating they tried to reset it 5 times and it's not working. I then proceeded to tell them that it was working prior to me coming there which the guy confirmed it was working when he was working on my car. The service rep then stated "your best bet is to call us later and make an appointment ." I then asked for a supervisor or manager. The "General Manager" came and I expressed my concerns of being told "my best best is to" do something that is not consumer satisfying or a resolution to an issue they created. The "General Manager" then proceeded to tell me that he does not like my body language (which I was only talking with my hands, which most people do), then said "what are you going to do if I don't offer you a solution, you're not going to do anything." I then proceeded to tell him I was going to call the police which he responded by saying "go ahead let's see who they arrest me or you" which obviously was a racist remark where he was insinuating that because I am black I would be arrested immediately. He then asked me to leave the facility, which I did and called the policy to make a claim. Prior to me being told to leave the facility not once did I yell or use profanity. When the policed arrived they investigated everything that was not working on the vehicle, which we then observed that I still had the same BROKEN windshield wiper on my car that I paid them to repair. This is not the first time I experienced this dealership saying they fixed or repaired something on my vehicle and they didn't, they only difference is I had NO prior proof up until now. I can't believe Mike Salerno, the owner of this dealership would hire a racist jerk as a General Manager to run his facility. How can they cause an issue on someone's vehicle and NOT offer any type of service to rectify the issue. They could have assisted me with a future appointment, offered to provide me a loaner while they figured out what the issue was or even gave an explanation as to why this could have happened. NOT once did they do any of that or even try to offer a solution but instead was very unprofessional and irate with me. More

Without an appointment we walked in to Salerno service dept. with an engine noise and walked out a little over an hour later with a new fan installed and a car wash.
