I had routine service and warranty work done on our 2008 Infiniti M35x on two separate days in January 2013. Allie, Susan, Hector, Craig and all other employees with whom we came in contact were courteous Infiniti M35x on two separate days in January 2013. They did the work that they said they would do and when they said they would do it. Overall, the pleasant facilities and the friendly and attentive staff make the normally unwelcome task of "taking the car in for service" an actual pleasure. I have had experience at three different Salerno dealerships, and have been pleased each time with the attention to detail, the quality of work, and the professional and efficient staff. I emailed the dealership on Sunday Feb 24th regarding a car. I had a great price emailed back to me along with lease quotes (From Kevin Tonero). The price was transparent and excellent. I explained to Kevin that I wanted the pickup to be as quick as possible and once again he delivered. Steven Walder handed the financials while Kevin went through the vehicle with my wife. We were out of the dealership within an hour or so with a new car! All in all - this was probably the easiest car transaction I have ever done.
