My wife and I were in the market for a new car and decided to stop in at Perry Snitken's dealership (Salerno-Duane) to take a look at the new Infinity's. As soon as we walked through the door Perry was attentive and respectfully interested in what we were looking for. He provided a pressure free experience and was extremely helpful in identifying what he and his dealership could offer. Throughout the entire experience both my wife and I were made to feel comfortable by Perry and his staff and I can say that this is the first time in my experience that we dealt with a sales consultant and dealership who did not play games either in sales price negotiations or trade-in values. When we told Perry that we would continue to review other cars (Acura, Lexus, Camry) he was gracious and let us know that he was available at anytime to help us in our decision making process. I ended up leaving the dealership after SD's unwillingness to negotiate a fair trade in price for my car. On a positive note I went down to Summit afterwords and I gave my business to Douglas w unwillingness to negotiate a fair trade in price for my car.
