I walked in to get a better understanding of pricing once my current lease runs out in a few months. They were able to get me into a new car now, keep my car payment the same and give me all the same option my current lease runs out in a few months. My car came in for its 37K service, Sue got me in and and out ASAP with a loaner. When I picked up the car they told me that the brakes were vibrating and replaced the front pads no charge under warranty. Th out ASAP with a loaner. Fred was very polite and not "pushy" when we first started looking at cars in the showroom. He was quite knowledgable about all models and suggested we take both cars for a test drive. He came with us when we drove the sedan and then advised us to go by ourselves to try the coupe. This gave us time to discuss both models by ourselves. When Fred sat down with us he tried to give us the best deal, which he did! When we came back the next day to finalize the sale, he explained all aspects of the car and insured us that we could call him any time using his cell phone number if necessary.
