Although I purchased my QX60 in New York, I regularly get my vehicle serviced at Salerno Duane. The staff has always been helpful and informative. Josue (Josh) provides me with details regarding the servic my vehicle serviced at Salerno Duane. The staff has always been helpful and informative. Josue (Josh) provides me with details regarding the services I may need. After their diagnoses are completed and before they "operate", they let you know what is needed and the cost aligned with it. And, after each of my visits, the service manager emails me to let me know that I should contact him with any queries or problems. I will continue to get my vehicle serviced here and, Salerno-Duane will be my destination the next time I purchase a vehicle. More

Awful awful awful. Do NOT buy or go to the dealer for service. They get EVERYTHING wrong and and RUDE! When complained to a manager his real was " I don't care ".
