Really dissatisfied with your customer service, I did all my appointments in this dealership, even though I got my car somewhere else, because it was closed to my home. But now that my lease end and I need i my appointments in this dealership, even though I got my car somewhere else, because it was closed to my home. But now that my lease end and I need it to returned it they didn’t want to received because I didn’t bought the car there, and the person who I talked was super nasty because they couldn’t get more money from me. Never coming again here! They just basically told me to return the car where I bought it because they won’t received it since I didn’t got it with them. More
Bought a pre-owned Jeep Grand Cherokee from them that was apparently certified, however the tires were less than okay to drive on, and had to take it to 3 other garages to validate the tires were unsafe to b apparently certified, however the tires were less than okay to drive on, and had to take it to 3 other garages to validate the tires were unsafe to be on. They replaced the tires, but not with out much going back and forth, and pictures to show them the gage was in the red for the thread, which was less than 2. They also had me go to a dealership that was further away to get the replacement tires. But what else do you expect from a dealership I guess. More
