Not a pleasent experience I brought my car in for a sunroof drain leak for the 3rd time! After bringing it in the first time (less than a year ago), I had thought it was fixed I brought my car in for a sunroof drain leak for the 3rd time! After bringing it in the first time (less than a year ago), I had thought it was fixed with their services, which I paid for. (Side note: from my understanding, this issue is a manufacturing design flaw) Then about 3 weeks ago, I noticed my car was flooded again after it had rained, so I brought it in and they said they fixed the issue (no charge). Then a few days later, my car was flooded AGAIN after another rain! This time, they had me leave the car at the dealership for it to be fixed. About a week after leaving the car in the shop, I was sent a text with additional work that was identified that needed to be done - front and rear brakes, battery and brake fluid exchange. I found the estimate to be very high (compared to what I could get at a non-dealer service center), so I called to see if there was anything that could be done on the estimate. I was told that they were already not charging me for the sunroof fix, which I should not have had to pay for in the first place given I already had it "fixed" two times supposedly! After further discussions with the service center, I was given a new estimate (about 10% less than the original estimate), but since I still found it to be too high, I verbally declined the additional services. I then went into the portal to officially decline the additional services and noticed that the estimate had INCREASED by $600 from what I was originally quoted (before the 10% discount)!!! Fingers crossed I won't need to go again for to have the sunroof fixed! More

As always, wonderful experience I am now on my third Infiniti. I stayed with Salerno Duane Infiniti for the wonderful service I have always received there. My liftgate was stuck in t I am now on my third Infiniti. I stayed with Salerno Duane Infiniti for the wonderful service I have always received there. My liftgate was stuck in the open position on my QX 50. I spoke with Allie ( after hours) on Saturday and she calmed my fears and made sure I would be able to bring the QX 50 in for service as soon as they opened on Monday. Allie Hoffman has been amazing over the years and part of the reason I come back to Infiniti is because of the amazing Service Department. I brought the vehicle in and both Clancy and Allie made sure that I had a loaner on short notice and had my car fixed by the next day. Highly recommend Salerno Duane Infiniti More
