The service advisors showed me around the customer waiting area and showed me all the amenities they offer the customers. The advisors also kept me update through the duration of my service. The price was exactly what i expected and wasn’t to expensive. They returned my vehicle back to me all cleaned up inside and out. More

Service Consultant “Andrew” is Your BEST ASSET! The dealership and service area are nice since they have been upgraded. However, I have always found the service department overpriced and underwhel The dealership and service area are nice since they have been upgraded. However, I have always found the service department overpriced and underwhelming in terms of delivery of quality service. Your best asset is the service consultant I had this time, Andrew. He was absolutely awesome and the best experience I have had thus far at this dealership. I am getting ready to upgrade to a new car and did not want to spend a lot of money on repairs. I had to spend $2300 for a total rear brake job as it turns out!! Andrew explained everything to me and only through his thoughtful and understanding approach, did I agree to have this done. Very unfortunately, and not the first time, I had to again take a loaner car that was dirty. This dealership, which represents a higher end automobile brand, should absolutely do better than that. I was told that loaners are “only cleaned on Saturdays” - and I happened to be there on Friday evening. The service person would not clean the car. He just kept saying “they are only cleaned on Saturdays.” This is not the first time I have gotten a dirty loaner car. I couldn’t wait to bring it back. Also, in doing a cost comparison and web search about the job that was done on my car, it seems that this dealership charges the absolute highest most allowable price for parts that it possibly can. I probably could’ve had this done for half the cost elsewhere. In summary, Andrew saved the day and made this experience as pleasant as it could possibly be. Keep him! Promote him! More
