Needed new tires.. had a flat They took care of my car, ordered new tires and had me back on the road within 1 day. This seems to be an ongoing issue of late, I have to normally schedule my routine service 1 week in advance to make sure I can get a loaner. This was not the case a few years back when I bought the car. Besides that, I love this service center and have never gotten any service anywhere else for the life of my car. I bought the car back in 2014. More

They explained exactly what would happen during this service and gave a time estimate...can not ask for anything more. The waiting room was very comfortable and easy to do some work in. When the car was finished, they reconfirmed what was completed, e-mailed me a receipt for my records, and got me out. Assuming the gentleman was Klancy, he was fantastic and Salerno Duane Infiniti is lucky to have him. I live about 12-13 miles from the dealer and they make it worth it to make the drive. Excellent Service !! More
