First let me say that I am sorry that you feel we did not meet your level of expectation. At Salerno Duane Infiniti we strive for customer satisfaction. I am VERY surprised that you would have written any kind of a negative review based on the history with our facility. I know that no one wants to have to spend money on unforeseen repairs, but I believe that we went above and beyond to try to help. Considering that you had the car for three years and put over 50,000 miles on the vehicle to realize some issues isn’t uncommon on a vehicle with almost 90,000 miles. I have listed the most recent history below and would be glad to show you all the documentation. As you can see other than regular maintenance you incurred no cost other than a battery and the starter issue we good willed it because we saw you were out of warranty and did your regular services with us. Again my sincerest of apologies and feel free to reach out to me if you wish to discuss further. Respectfully, Jorge Rodriguez General Manager 1/18/16 2012 Infiniti purchased with 31,197 miles. Between 1-18-16 and 1/24/19 only routine maintenance needed to be done. 1/24/2019 86,067 miles vehicle towed in battery failed, battery replaced. (Customer Paid) 2/28/2019 vehicle brought to us for routine maintenance, car operating normally 4/10/2019 vehicle towed in for a no start issue, starter replaced under goodwill, extended warranty expired in February 2019. 4/19/2019 88,969 miles vehicle towed in, died while driving, diagnosis, coolant empty, radiator leaking from seam, coolant pouring out under vehicle, malfunction code for overheat condition. 4/24/19 Customer refused to do work and had vehicle picked up.
