I am sorry that your perceived level of expectation was not met. From what I can see you arrived at our dealership on Nov. 30th at 2:05 pm. A repair order was opened for an oil change and a noise. After doing a Multi-Point Inspection and changing the oil, the technician took the vehicle on a road test to try to determine the noise. After multiple road tests and adjustments the Technician asked for the service manager to assist and he also road tested the vehicle. The service manager determined the vehicle would need more extensive diagnosis and based on day and time the customer would need to reschedule with a loaner and approve diagnostic charges. At this point you seemed to be in a hurry and unfortunately we did not have any courtesy vehicles left in the fleet. You were asked to schedule another appointment as the problem was more elusive than expected. Again our sincere apologies , we truly tried our best.
