I always bring my QX50 to you guys for servicing. The procedure for scheduling service, the service itself, your representatives and mechanics are all professional and competent--as are your facilities. However, while i am willing to pay a 25 to 30% premium for your services I felt the charge for changing my transmission fluid was beyond that. I'm a retired guy and recent inflation has made me much more conscience of costs. So while I am willing to pay a premium for your services, it is not carte blanche especially for the simpler, non-highly technical services. So while you will see me, I do intend to be more particular about cost and who does the work. Sincerely, Lou Tortoriello
