My Recent Experience at Salerno Duane Infiniti I recently brought our 10 year old FX 35 in for service. It needed both cosmetic work as well as a thorough servicing. In spite of the intense heat, I recently brought our 10 year old FX 35 in for service. It needed both cosmetic work as well as a thorough servicing. In spite of the intense heat, the commotion over the construction outside and the overall busy-ness of the shop, I was treated with professionalism, respect and patience throughout the three-day experience. I want to specifically commend ALLIE HOFFMAN for her excellent customer care, and for spending the time explaining carefully each proposed repair. I thoroughly enjoyed driving the loaner they gave me (the new Q70) and would love to consider that in the future. Thanks also go to WALTER FRIMBERGER, who helped immensely.
