I called today with another message. I received an appointment reminder via text and email for this coming Tuesday morning. I live 2 hours away and have been requesting multiple times for a loaner that I was "PROMISED" upon purchasing my car. I finally received a phone call back at 6:00pm from a very rude woman representing service, She informed me had no loaners and do not provide them. She also stated that I can not have service at your dealership due to your physical move. I asked her why I received a reminder today. I asked if I showed up there Tuesday would I be serviced? She said "NO". She said your dealership can not service me or give me a loaner. I asked her why I received a confirmation of service and what do I do now that I bought a $100k car when I can't get service or a return phone call so why are you calling me? She then said "I was trying to help and now I'm not" then hung up the phone on me, Now I am back at zero. I am at 7000 miles being canceled for my service because your facility can not service me. I am trying to adhere to my warranty and Genesis will not service me. How can my warranty be upheld? What is Genesis going to do about this and the lack of xxxxty service they provide?
