I brought my car in for service and Christopher Almanzar did an excellent job of informing me of the issues, the time involved, and providing a loaner on the spot due to the lengthy time needed for the serv did an excellent job of informing me of the issues, the time involved, and providing a loaner on the spot due to the lengthy time needed for the service. The repair for my GV60's recall was completed in the estimated time. When I picked up the car, I mentioned an issue with the front plate's coming off in the car wash.
