Tamara is a role model for representing the Genesis brand. Tamara exceed expectation of what Sales and customer service should be like in a Luxury Brand Dealership. I visited many Genesis dealerships, This is the only one to date that provided the feeling. The dealership, not the best location from where I live, but I did like the fact it was a Diamond dealership. There are not many in NJ. The facility was nice. I was disappointed with my experience with Matt. I emailed Matt about a bump that was hit in the sales process, I ask him to call me, Matt never did. when I came to the dealer to finalize the sales process, no feed back, apology or clarification was offered.
