If you are waiting for your car to be serviced it is a very minimal environment- no tv, coffee but no tea - not really a great waiting space. People on the phone say service will take just over an hour a very minimal environment- no tv, coffee but no tea - not really a great waiting space. People on the phone say service will take just over an hour and when you get there they say over 2 hours. This after learning loaner cars not available for over 3 weeks.also the tracker sent by text was never updated do it was really useless. More
