I have been in the automotive business for over 35 years. I still can't diagnose a vehicle before I pull it in the shop look touch and inspect. You need new policy's or new technicians. Apparently BENZEL genesis changed their rules around valet cars. Major inconvenience now and that was the reason for keeping our cars there.
