Absolutely terrible with awful follow through. The appointment started off well and John was helpful The car took 3 hours instead of the 2 promised but I was ok with that. I asked to bring my seco The appointment started off well and John was helpful The car took 3 hours instead of the 2 promised but I was ok with that. I asked to bring my second vehicle back a month later and use their valet service where they pick the vehicle up, service it and return it. He wrote everything down and promised I was all set. A month later I call to confirm it and they had no record of it at all. They still said they would honor it and would call me back. There was no call back at all and nobody showed up to pick the car up as promised. Absolutely terrible customer service in every aspect. More
