Neysha Ortiz is the worst, I do not know how a person so cold and rude is working as a service advisor. She couldn’t locate my appointment that I schedule a month prior and did not believe I had an appointm cold and rude is working as a service advisor. She couldn’t locate my appointment that I schedule a month prior and did not believe I had an appointment until I showed her a text from her dealership from a month ago verifying the appointment and saying that she is my service advisor.
