Car was on the lot but no one was aware for half a day. No follow up or response. Even when I was told I would receive a follow up in the morning, I had to continuously call to get any update. No offer to get a loaner car or drop off. Spent 3 days paying for Ubers to get to work. I had a very poor experience when looking to buy a car which is why we didn't buy it at Englewood. Thought the service would be different and it surely was not. I will never step foot at the dealership again. More

Absolutely terrible with awful follow through. The appointment started off well and John was helpful The car took 3 hours instead of the 2 promised but I was ok with that. I asked to bring my second vehicle back a month later and use their valet service where they pick the vehicle up, service it and return it. He wrote everything down and promised I was all set. A month later I call to confirm it and they had no record of it at all. They still said they would honor it and would call me back.
