I had a truly abysmal experience at this dealership while trying to lease a 2026 G80. After negotiating and agreeing to a clear set of lease terms, the sales team waited until the very last minute to claim t trying to lease a 2026 G80. After negotiating and agreeing to a clear set of lease terms, the sales team waited until the very last minute to claim they used the wrong VIN number' and could no longer honor the offer. As someone who has leased from multiple premium German brands, I have never encountered this level of unprofessionalism. Genesis is trying to compete with the likes of BMW and Mercedes, but while their cars are improving, their dealership experience remains sub-par and untrustworthy. Total waste of time. Avoid this location if you value transparency and professional service. More

They had problems repairing my vehicle because of issues not related to the dealership, but Genesis GMA. After several failed attempts at repair, it seems as though the rear differential issue is now resolv not related to the dealership, but Genesis GMA. After several failed attempts at repair, it seems as though the rear differential issue is now resolved. But this is only the second day that I've gotten my vehicle back. So I'll still need to drive it more miles over time to see if this repair remains intact. But the dealership, led by Kelly McNichol has done an outstanding job helping me. More
