Arrived at the Valet, was referred to the dealership to check in for service. The internet & phone was down so I couldn't be checked in for 20 or so minutes. I was planning on taking a video conference fro check in for service. The internet & phone was down so I couldn't be checked in for 20 or so minutes. I was planning on taking a video conference from the waiting area - ended up leaving to a coffee shop nearby & came back when the car was ready. David was very kind & in communication throughout regarding the service that needed to be provided, and followed up with the team to make sure the car would be ready for me to pick my son from school on time.
