I had a very good experience working with Charlie Sutton. They offered me a fair trade and had their car priced fairly, unlike some another dealer in the South County area that had a market adjusted price of They offered me a fair trade and had their car priced fairly, unlike some another dealer in the South County area that had a market adjusted price of $1450 over sticker for the same car, same options. They were also upfront about the cost of the car whereas the other dealer would not tell me how much the total cost of the car was. Also, the selection was the best in the area. After shopping at 3 of the local dealers I would definitely recommend Dave Mungenast and Charlie Sutton. More

I absolutley love this dealership. I have owned many vehicles and have dealt with many dealerships. Mungenast stands well above all those other dealerships without a doubt. It is within 3 miles from m vehicles and have dealt with many dealerships. Mungenast stands well above all those other dealerships without a doubt. It is within 3 miles from my home. That in itself is a huge bonus. Everyone there are all so friendly and really go all out to make sure I am satisified with every aspect of my vehicles. This is a top notch dealership in all facets. From sales, to financing to service, and even parts. Service is very important to me because I believe in service after the sale and so does Mungenast Hyundai. I love having my vehicles washed and vacuumed each time I bring them in for servicing. I have 2 vehicles that are and 1 that will be serviced by Mungenast. It doesn't matter on the make of the vehicle either... they know their stuff and are able to help me with the upkeep of my vehicles. They do follow-up calls after every service that is performed. I have never had to voice a concern about my experiences. I have always been treated extremely well by this dealership. I actually get excited to see the people at Mungenast because I feel like we know each other. The people there are very personable. They care and it shows. I share my experiences with others and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle any chance I get. The dealership and the people within it are totally awesome! More

The staff was friendly the first day we went looking at the dealership. We were just starting to look. We were not pressured and let them know we were going to be test driving some other brands. What a great experience! This was the first car I leased as a single person in 29 years, and I was a bit nervous! As soon as I told Charlie I had to have a black 2011 Sonata, Charlie and his Sales Manager w as a single person in 29 years, and I was a bit nervous! As soon as I told Charlie I had to have a black 2011 Sonata, Charlie and his Sales Manager went to work finding one! They located one in the vicinity, so I stuck around the dealership to do the financing and meet the service team! Charlie was awesome, keeping me company, buying me lunch and making the time pass very quickly! The car arrived and it was beautiful! The salesperson I had (Charles) was a great guy to work with. He was very friendly and on top of his game. Any question I had he got right to answering it.
