On Wednesday, Feb 4, 2026, I stopped the service department at my dealer, Genesis of Mentor (Mentor, Ohio) to inquire about the recall on my 2025 GV80 (a software system update). How pleasantly surprised I was when my service rep (Allison) asked me if I would like to have it done right then and there! I agreed and they had the update done within 45 minutes! I can’t say enough honestly great things about Genesis of Mentor. From sales to service, they are top notch!! They genuinely CARE about the customer. And, the Service waiting area is one of the nicest I have ever been in!! I have a suggestion for anyone living within 90 miles of Mentor, Ohio. It is WELL WORTH your time and effort to come to Genesis of Mentor to buy your new Genesis (ask for CJ… and amazing sales person) and/or to have your Genesis serviced. I can honestly say that I have never written such effusive praise for a car dealership before.. and I do NOT work there, nor did I “drink the Kool-Aid”…. It’s just so very refreshing in this day and age of “non customer service” to find a place that offers SUPERIOR customer service! And when you do……. You return there time and again and you recommend it highly to everyone… like I am doing now! More

Ms. Sutton greeted me by name upon getting out of my car and offered me coffee. She reviewed everything that was going to take place with service and what costs were associated with those services. She even asked a sales rep to help me get my connected services up and running. That had and has been a quest, but Joe in sales was great and more than eager to assist. The loaner vehicle was newer and very clean. When I picked my car up it was very clean and everything went smoothly with the exchange of vehicles. All in all a good experience. More
