Wonderful service. I had discoloration on the silver trim around all of my windows. It wasn't a recall, but they took my car in and replaced all of the trim and now it I had discoloration on the silver trim around all of my windows. i was not happy that I had A tire guarantee I informed the sales that it was in my set of console. He said he couldn’t find it after I paid and left sure enough that was a guarantee he was in there so I h the sales that it was in my set of console. He said he couldn’t find it after I paid and left sure enough that was a guarantee he was in there so I have to apply online to get reimbursed for the money all these dealerships want to sell these guarantees but another dealership that you didn’t buy the car I don’t want to represent it or take care of you. Is it my fault that you get a better deal at another dealership close by? I experienced the same problem with Mercedes-Benz cause I bought a new Mercedes-Benz years ago in Fort Myers and got the same type of service in naples I expected more from Genesis. Thank you. More

I have been dealing with this dealership since 2020. Since then service has been up and down. This past experience started with calling on 2/24/2025 for an appointment. I finally was able to schedule fo Since then service has been up and down. This past experience started with calling on 2/24/2025 for an appointment. I finally was able to schedule for 3/25/2025. I was told they would do a diagnostic the next day. Through the next couple of days I would receive a text message informing me they weren’t able to do the diagnostic. This message always ended with a promise of doing the diagnostic the next day. Finally on 4/22/2025 I texted saying I had changed my mind on the service. I mentioned I would be looking at a new purchase, which I did. I am set to return on 4/7/2025 for a follow up test drive. This morning I woke feeling maybe I shouldn’t make this purchase of a Gv80. I am concerned after owning a Genisis and being a returning customer that I would be treated like this. Not a good position to be in! Not a good way to have a customer feel. Had an appointment for 12:00. Waited over three hours for an oil change . No one let me know the car was finished. Saw it sitting outside,went to the counter to check out. Waited another fifteen minutes while they tried to find someone to check me out and get my keys. I finally asked a woman setting at another desk if she could please check me out so I could leave. She was very nice and though she couldn't actually check me out she would have someone send me the receipt for the oil change.She kindly gave me my keys and let me get out of there. More
