I bought a new Genesis GV80 in 2021. I love this car. I follow my service plan according to the plan agreement. I can not say enough positive comments about Pawell. He is respectful and I love this car. I follow my service plan according to the plan agreement. I can not say enough positive comments about Pawell. He is respectful and always nice. My car is always ready at the time stated. All the service has been done. Then to top it off, my car is returned washed and cleaned inside immaculately. Genesis of Naples is a wonderful company to do business with. The reason being they hire top not service specialists. Oh, one other comment. I had a service light come on…return car to service immediately. It scared me because the car was new. I called Pawell and he said yes come right over. He figured out the issue immediately. I didn’t tighten my gas cap enough. He was so nice about my error. He handled this situation so beautifully. Kudos to you Pawell. More

Push one, push two, etc. Six minutes later I ended up being transferred to some car mall in Ft. Myers! I decided to drive over rather than begin the phone process all over. More
