The people and service are always top tier... Because I always wait for my vehicle when it's getting an oil change, it seems to be taking longer each time.. Maybe I just need an earlier appt but all they had was 9:30am. On a side note, the "track my service link" or whatever it's called, is not accurate. I am not sure if it's automated or requires human input but 2hrs into being there I didn't see my vehicle in the bay or outside, the link sent to my phone showed my vehicle progress as "In inspection." Upset by this, I saw my service manager and inquired, and he told me it was in the wash. I showed him what was on my phone and he replied, it's misleading. That was an understatement because I was about to lose it if my car was still "In inspection" after 2 hours.. Fortunately, that was not the case but who or whatever updates that info needs to do a better job of it...
