Muhammad who is in service is excellent as is Sergio, our salesman. Both are professional and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The only issue I have with the dealership is their process for getting a lo salesman. Both are professional and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I had an outstanding experience with Genesis of Southwest Houston. Tracy, the dealership manager; Jacob, the Internet Director; and Bryant, my salesperson, all went above and beyond to make the entire proces Houston. This was, without question, the least amount of time I have ever spent at a dealership when purchasing a vehicle. Nearly the entire transaction was completed through email, and when I arrived, all I had to do was sign the final documents and pick up my new car. This is exactly how the car-buying experience should be in 2026—transparent, convenient, organized, and respectful of the customer’s time. Other dealerships should absolutely take note.
