I love the dealership. I do not like this car buying experience this go around. The internet manager, Jodie made my experience more stressful than it had to be. Apparently they use AI to communicate with prospective customers and she holds multiple conversations simultaneously. I received 5 different messages from 5 different people pressuring me to come to the dealership then once I uploaded my documents I get no response for 24 hours. I ended up calling a manager from one of the 5 emails I received only to find out he’s no longer with the dealership. I recommend the dealership go through the technology as a customer and work out the trouble spots. Improve the communication with prospective customers and most importantly you should honor the customer’s communication preference. So if one indicates they prefer text do NOT call. More

I can honestly say I had a great experience start to finish however it was because of the pre-owned manager Crystal. Service had a few hurdles but she was in service every 15 -30 until the problem was r finish however it was because of the pre-owned manager Crystal. Service had a few hurdles but she was in service every 15 -30 until the problem was resolved and got me a loaner in addition to detailing my vehicle...
