Super disappointed. Wasted a bunch of my time and my assistant. I should have walked. The introduction to my new car was poor..and I have been back and they tired to make it better ..but it almost “ got worst “ if that is possible. I love the car ..but dealership has NOT a zen experience...poor inconsistent quality ..that is not honored..it is like a preset office that has not have been trained or done their “ brand homework” Everyone was fairly pleasant but it falls so short of o any other dealerships ..that are not even luxury.I keep getting prompted to rate service with “ wrong “ name ..there is a serious disconnect!!It is a super pretty environment that totally misses the mark. There were lots of mistakes that continue to happen ..and it does not matter that a few apologize..just what you would expect from “ used car sales”..not a luxury brand experience!! Love the car.. but details are not addressed!! I could not recommmebd this experience . Matt was a delight but it has not been enough to save my more than few times I have been there. I almost wished I had not bought there!! It is not buyers remorse ..But not where I want to go again..and I need to. Urrrggg… More
Dealer representative, Trey Rogers, was excellent. He was knowledgable, very helpful and responsive to all questions, and no pressure! Really enjoyed buying my first Genesis from him.
