I went in for an oil change and found that there were two software updates needing to be installed. These took quite a bit of time but Daniel kept me informed and was very mindful of my time. Steph was awesome! he was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful with any questions I had about the GV80, the lease and how service would work if I moved forward with the deal. After finalizing the car with him he was very nice and gave my family a first class experience when picking up our brand new car! The dealership in general is first class, Justin the GM came out and personally said thank you and introduced himself to me and my family. That was very much appreciated! Brandon from finance was also great! not pushy at all, listed the options and gave me the pros on each and let me decide how to move forward. It was so fast with finance we were done in less than 30 mins. The whole process was in and out with zero wait time from Sales to finance to final sale! 100% would recommend this location to anyone that reads this! Top notch from top to bottom!
