I brought my GV80 in for routine service before I headed out of town for vacation. Service was done in and out. So I got my paper work and there was nothing on the sheet about my tires, brakes or rotors. So out of town for vacation. Service was done in and out. So I got my paper work and there was nothing on the sheet about my tires, brakes or rotors. So I called and asked my advisor and he called me back and told me everything was good. My tires didn't need to be replaced until about 45,000 mikes brakes and rotors also. Great so fast forward to a few days later I'm headed to Nashville Saturday morning and I have a blow out at 2 am. Called Genesis service and they called me a tow asap. Well I was stuck on the side of the highway for 5 hours before the tow truck came. Tommy's wrecker service was just as horrible as the dealership. He got there and got my suv lifted and ready to take off and he comes and tells me that he has to drop my car because he has to goto another call. So he drops my car and I wait another 2 hours. He finally comes back to tow me and takes me to Wolfchase dealership in Memphis. Get my right tire replaced. I I make it home safe. The next day Monday morning before I can get to the tire shop I have another blow out and crashed my car. This time it was bad. I'm lucky to be alive and grateful to God that I'm still here. I called and made them aware of this and Mr. Troutman said that the other person he needs to talk to is on vacation but they told me the wrong information. My tires were bald and I should not have left St. Charles Genesis without being informed that I needed to replace my tires. This could have been really bad. So Mr. Troutman says they wanna do something for me and I wait on his call back. Well I never got a call back and when I call Mr. Troutman back he doesn't remember who I am or talking to me. So I go into more details and he said that he's now on vacation and he will talk to Brad. Well I guess my issue is not important enough for anyone to address it immediately so I'll just let everyone know in the mean time make sure the things are being checked and done at this dealership. I could have died because of this accident and for them to just write me off like it's nothing is not acceptable. My truck is in the shop with $6000 worth of damage too it.... the other two wheels on the driver side blew out and my wheels are destroyed.. now my wheels are on back order and I have to wait u til July 25 before I can get my car. I should be going off but I'm trying to stay saved. More

Was there for about an hour and a half I finally told the person I’m done. I’ll deal with it later. I was aggravated to spend that type of money for a vehicle and something that you cannot use for two weeks l because I called myself and they have to send it up to a tech service so therefore they said it would be about 10 days. What a disappointment I'm not happy about this. so hopefully it can get resolved, and if so, I guess I will have to figure out things on my own to program or to figure out how to use. I guess that’s what you get when you’re spending $70+ thousand dollars on a vehicle More
