Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Where as with most dealerships when you walk in you feel like the fresh chum in a shark tank, the folks at Pepe Infiniti made us feel comfortable and right as with most dealerships when you walk in you feel like the fresh chum in a shark tank, the folks at Pepe Infiniti made us feel comfortable and right at home. We received a warm greeting from the everyone from the receptionist at the front desk to everyone we passed by including the General Manager. Our salesperson, Mel Herman was a class act. Prompt with information, friendly in demeanor and efficient with our time. Mel made the process enjoyable. Normally I dread any interaction with the "Business Manager" during an automobile transaction. But dealing with Brain Grund was so easy and enjoyable he makes me want to go back to buy another car just so I can deal with him! This was our first deal with Pepe Infiniti and if the car is as high of quality as the staff then we may never need to look elsewhere. More

The service here is exceptional. The service representative and technicians are very knowledgeable. I always owned a cadillac. And when i had to schedule a service appointment i need to do at l representative and technicians are very knowledgeable. I always owned a cadillac. And when i had to schedule a service appointment i need to do at least 2 weeks in advance. I had to get there that day and Hour and half early to sit on the street with every other vehicle waiting. At Pepe infiniti you schedule the appointment at your convenience and your in and out in minutes. They can hold their heads very high on their service. More
My first encounter with Pepe Infiniti and Sales Professional Steve Goldberg was part of an information gathering exercise that included Audi, BMW and Porsche; I was searching for a SUV to replace a Professional Steve Goldberg was part of an information gathering exercise that included Audi, BMW and Porsche; I was searching for a SUV to replace an expiring lease on a 2005 Cayenne Turbo. I was open with Steve as to my preliminary interest in a truck but that did not deter him from taking time to explain the targeted FX50S features and thoroughly answering all of my questions. We parted ways with a no-pressure handshake. Offline analysis of the features, functions, and value of the Audi Q7, BMW X5/50 and Porsche CayenneS, had the FX50S with a slight edge. At the end of the day, it came down to negotiating an amenable price point. Steve and the team at Pepe Infiniti were wonderful in demeanor, professionalism and dialog; our negotiations were always an interactive discussion and never a confrontation. In the end, how I was treated was the major contributing factor to driving off in a FX50S. The Pepe Infiniti focus did not stop with my sales contract signature. They seamlessly arranged for the Cayenne's return and license plate transfer to the FX50S, along with registration and insurance. I was pleasantly amused by the delivery process where Steve would follow functional explanations and any telltale fingerprints with a cloth wipe-down. Well done Steve and well done Pepe Infiniti. I was looking for a new vehicle and decided to test drive the Infiniti G25x. I wanted to make sure that I not only looked good in this car, but it road with ease and made me feel safe. In the beginning of the Infiniti G25x. I wanted to make sure that I not only looked good in this car, but it road with ease and made me feel safe. In the beginning of February I spoke with Mark Hersch who introduced me to Percy Montes and Michael Fell to develop a leasing relationship. Percy took me out to view the Infiniti G25x and allowed me to test drive it. Immediately I felt comfortable and knew I wanted to invest time in learning more about this car. Percy was also knowledgeable about all the features that came along with this car. Two days later I came back into the dealership and worked out a leasing package for my new car. I was even able to pick up my car that day, as well as hand in my old vehicle. My process has been smooth and easy. There was never any pushy salesmen tactics, no barading of phone calls; just a great process all around. Michael Fell a Supervisor lended his knowledge as well and expertise. Overrall I give Pepe Infiniti an "A" for service, committment, and attitude. I definitely look forward to my leasing relationship with them over the next 39 months. More
Pepe infiniti : This has been my worse car dealer experience. DO NOT GO THERE! SHARKS! First off, they seem really nice. It's obvious though, in any business everyone is and should be nice when selling a product, but they just flip it right after the sale is made. You don't mean crap. I will never refer them and go there again! Rares Constantin was my sales person. Very nice young man that knows his cars. That has been my only upside. They don't deserve Rares Constantin. Brian Grund is the the business manager: I'm very skeptical about this guy. He makes it seem like everything is ok..and it's ok to get ripped off...he doesn't really want to help you but just take your money. Very weird vibe. He's a professional at what he does...Knows how to suck people in. stay away from this dealer. I purchased a car in end of May 2010. A G35x with 49k miles and added an extended warranty. They verbally said you get 30k miles and or 3 yrs. What ever comes first. I walked out. And when i got home i looked thru my paper work and i didn't see a copy of the warranty. I was like hmmm.. i called Brian Grund for to follow up for a copy and he didn't have one. No one in the dealer could find it. I'm not sure what they did, but they somehow how lost it. Then they tell me my warranty is for 24k miles... WHAT??? i have nothing to prove it so i stuck with it. Little did i know that my manufactures warranty expires at 60k miles and their warranty expires at about 74k, which means i'm paying like $2500 for 14k miles.. YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME! So i refunded the warranty on 8-31-2010 and Brian Grund said it would kick in to my payment within a weak. I asked him if i can get a copy of that. Brian Grund said that there was nothing to give me..and that he'll submit it and it will get refunded to my bank. 11-26-2010 today (day after thanksgiving) 3 MONTHS LATER!!!: So i noticed nothing was changing in my bank statements. I called my bank, which i should've followed immediately after two weeks, and they said they haven't received anything. And that i should call the dealer immediately to get that handled. Then i called PEPE INFINITI today 11-26-2010 and they said that process takes about 6wks or more. HUH????? And to call monday because our finance department is closed today and Brian was not in. They were so rude and unprofessional. I asked the guy on the phone if he can please just find something that says my warranty refund was processed. He said, "sure i can help you....just call back on monday."....UGH! just the way he said it. So rude like if he was a computer with no sense of my frustration. Will keep my blog updated at pepeinfiniti.blogspot.com this updated to see my results. I should've started this blog back in June of 2010. Just had it with this dealer. No honesty in this business. I was shopping for a certified pre-owned Infiniti G35x and was pleasantly surprised by Pepe Infiniti. They had a great selection relative to other dealerships. Dealing with Rares was the best experience and was pleasantly surprised by Pepe Infiniti. They had a great selection relative to other dealerships. Dealing with Rares was the best experience I had a car dealership, he knows Infiniti products well and is not the typical pushy salesperson. They did not try any of the sleazy sales tactics that my family and friends had experienced when they purchased cars. I was disappointed by other dealerships, but I would enthusiastically recommend seeing Rares if you are interested in an Infiniti. They were a bit stubborn about price and could have cleaned the car better, but those would be my only complaints. More
I custom ordered a g37 coupe (or aleast I thought I did),in January. I wanted Red with the wheat interior which was difficult to come by. Here it is mid-April and I haven't heard from my saleswomen so did),in January. I wanted Red with the wheat interior which was difficult to come by. Here it is mid-April and I haven't heard from my saleswomen so I call the dealership only to find out she is no longer at Pepe Infiniti but I fact she works at a competitor, Infiniti of Greenwich. Needless to say, my car was never ordered and 4 months later I have to start the process over again. Avoid Pepe and Greenwich Infiniti. also just buy off the lot when possible. More
