First off, they size you up when you first walk in. If you're a minority they act friendly then make you wait. While waiting they will take the next person that comes in. When they get back to you the niceness wears off because you did not leave. They treat you as if you have no money. I was going to pay cash for a GV80. They were rude and so was the sales manager. I left and purchased my car at Milford. This dealer must have friends, family and employees leaving them good reviews because everyone I speak to about this dealership says nothing good about them. The Norwalk/Ridgefield Genesis dealer should be shut down.
