The service rep getting me started said he needed to get some paperwork together and I inquired is there a charge for this? He responded “ I don’t think so”. A few minutes later he returned with a write up for a $55+ I asked if he could have waived and he said the manger Phil Conte stated was required. I ended returning the parts going to another mechanic further away who was more reasonable. I wouldn’t return here in the future. More
