I could tell the story of how I wandered into Scap, but suffice to say I was a whimpering mess at the end of a long, rainy, car-shopping day. Ernie Ursini took the time and trouble to come down to the location where I was (they were short-staffed that day) and help me. He "really" listened to me, and "really" thought about what he might be able to do for me ... and then pulled a gem out of his back pocket. I will always be grateful for this kind, knowledgable man's help when I felt totally alone and helpless. Ernie saw the state I was in, and made a point of helping me (in spite of my resting b*xxx face). He pushed on through until he made something fit my parameters.
