I cannot say enough abo I recently purchased a vehicle from Scap Chrysler Jeep in Fairfield, CT. The sales manager who assisted me was a Ernie Ursini. I cannot say enough about Mr. Ursini, he is a man of honor and integrity. He did everything he could to assist in the purchase of the vehicle to make sure all expectations were met. He also made follow up phone calls / texts to assure compete satisfaction. Often times, after dealing with the sales folks you have to deal with the finance department which is not always the best experience. Tony Amorosi was a professional no nonsense type of guy. He was efficient and effective in completing the transaction. If you are looking to buy a vehicle in the near future, pay a visit to Scap Auto and ask for Ernie Ursini, you will be glad you did. Best Jeep Dealership, Hands Down This is worth reading because I have a short story behind it. I was in the market for a Jeep Grand Cherokee so I contacted the Danbury dealership firs This is worth reading because I have a short story behind it. I was in the market for a Jeep Grand Cherokee so I contacted the Danbury dealership first because we buy most of our cars there and we contacted the Norwalk dealership because they are 'the largest jeep dealership'. Let me tell you, nobody at either of those dealerships had a clue what to do or had any real interest in selling us a car. We then went to the dealership in Fairfield and it was a completely different experience. Within 20 minutes we did a deal and were on our way. If you are looking for a Jeep, I HIGHLY recommend you go to the Fairfield dealership and ask for Scott when you get there. Best car buying experience I ever had was at this dealership with Scott. More

Got a great car from Ernie--and had a great time doing it! Buying at Scap Dodge was a fantastic experience! I came in with my girlfriend to look at Dodge Challengers and Ernie was super friendly and helpful. Buying at Scap Dodge was a fantastic experience! I came in with my girlfriend to look at Dodge Challengers and Ernie was super friendly and helpful. Ernie, Tony, and Peter, were all patient with my questions, and I never felt undue sales pressure. Ernie took me for a test drive and let me feel comfortable in the car from the moment I stepped in it. It was my first time buying a car, but as I shopped around for this one, they came in with the best price off the bat, which I was thrilled over, since not only did I want to get the car at the best price, I also genuinely wanted to buy it from these guys after spending time with them. And they honored the lower rebate that was in effect when my car actually came in! Picking up the car today was so exciting and Ernie gave me a thorough demonstration of the car, inside and out, without rushing me or glossing over features. Cannot recommend enough! More
