Both Ernie and Tony (Manager) are pretty nice and we did not feel any pressure. Unlike some dealers, they did not try to sell you some additional service to earn extra money from you. Small Dealership, but nice environment. Definitely a great choice for anyone who is interested in a dodge Ram car. More

We were quickly greeted by Larry Dolberg, an employee, who asked us whether we needed help. We told him that we were considering buying a car depending on the requirements met and the price. With our requirements listed and the price set, Larry gave us quite a few options and showed them to us around the showroom. We returned the favor with many questions and hesitations about each option, still debating whether to actually buy a car that day. But through this, Larry was patient with us, answering all of our questions and helping us until the very end which led us to the actual purchase of a car. With his help, my dad finally found the perfect car that he's been looking for and our search has been completed with a pleasant experience. In the future, if there's a need for another car, Scap Chrysler Jeep will be the first place we go when we start our search. Thank you for all your help. More

Friendly, not pushy, and knowledgable. We worked with Pete and he really knew his stuff! We saw a Durango we liked online and that same morning we received a call from Pete. I'll be honest, from our past experiences with dealerships, I was expecting a pushy salesman and 20 phone calls a day, but that was NOT the case with Scap. We went in to look at the car before Christmas. It was everything we wanted except the second row of seats. With our family needs, it just wasn't possible to have two captain seats and lose a little trunk space. Pete looked around and found the same car without the running boards. We got a great deal on out trade in, the price of the new car was fair, and Scap ordered and put the running boards on that we wanted. We looked at the car December 23rd and drove off the lot (running boards added and detailed to perfection) on Jan 2nd. Not to mention Pete sat with us in the car for about 40 minutes showing us all the features that were new to us. It was a great tutorial to get us going. From setting up the UConnect hands free phone, to the navigation, and even the presets on the radio. They followed up with a phone call to make sure we were satisfied with our car, and we most definitely are. I would recommend this dealership to anyone of my family and friends! More

Larry, showed me how the jeep work and said " Enjoy! let me know if you need any help". From there on I knew that I will buy my car from "Scap Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Dealer" the warm and welcome experience from them felt like family. After the test drive my husband and I had make the decision that, we will go ahead and with "Scap Chrysler dealer". The service staff are very courteous and professional and take time to answer questions and explain the process. They were very honest about the scheduling issues and didn't make promises they couldn't keep. During the whole process I would recommend them to all my friends and family. More
