If I could leave a zero, I would. They continually list very low online pricing but when you go to the dealer or ask for the quote in writing the price goes up THOUSANDS of dollars. I drove an hour to the appointment. When I got there I was told that the car was sold in the morning. No apologies. just "would you like to see what else is on the lot?" This 'bait-and-switch' is so typical of this industry and you can see by other comments that it is not uncommon here. Nick was a complete arrogant xxx and told me that since I didnt give him a down-payment the car was free to be sold. Nick didnt askk for a deposit in order to make this reservation. How can I make a reservation on a car that hasn't been viewed? OK. 3 things: 1. we had an APPOINTMENT in writing to see that particular car. That means that we BOTH anticipate this viewing of THIS car; 2. The appointment KEEPS the car in the inventory so that it can be viewed according to this reservation; finally, 3. Some form of notification would have been appropriate. I got an immediate email for this reservation. Where was an email stating that the car was no longer available? The car was sold in the AM and my appointment was at 5pm - plenty of time to to have contacted me! They went the extra mile to ensure a solid sales experience, smooth delivery of the vehicle and ultimately ensure there was an extremely happy customer all the way through. Nick assisted in providing an incredibly competitve price with no fuss or any hidden fees. Everything was laid out and clearly explained and the dealer made it easy to utilize my own financing. Huge shoutout to Steve on the Business side for closing things out and making the paperwork easy as well. This new wrangler is in perfect condition inside and out, super pleased with the purchase and the enhancements jeep has made for the 2024's. Looking forward to being a return customer. More

One major issue is the cab filling with exhaust fumes from the AC vents. Called them and they scheduled me to come in and said I’d get a loaner. Well good thing I called prior to going because they never scheduled a loaner so got screwed there. They had the truck almost two weeks then called me and said it was ready, in the long list of issues I brought to their attention the only one they repaired was a broken radiator that they sold me the truck with. So they tried to screw me there by selling a truck with known broken parts after telling me the truck was 100%. I then asked what else did they do and they told me, “for the other issues you need to go to a Chevy dealership” those were the service managers exact words. So they didn’t even look into any of the issues including the exhaust fumes coming into the cab, exhaust! You know CO which is toxic and deadly!! The odor is so strong it causes your eyes to burn and gives you headaches. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy from them, I regret doing business with them and wish I never did! More

Purchased a 2018 certified pre-owned Chrysler 300 in 2022. Before purchasing noticed the back up camera, was glitching and screen. Had to bring it back days after purchase. Had an oil leek they fixed. I 2022. Before purchasing noticed the back up camera, was glitching and screen. Had to bring it back days after purchase. Had an oil leek they fixed. Issues with the brakes/rotors, they fixed. Screen and camera they said was fixed, but continued malfunctioning. Brought the car back 2 more times, they were unable to "diagnose" the back up camera and screen. Car started calling 911. Brought it back in after warranty was up for a paid diagnosis. This time they found the problem and gave us a $1000.00 estimate. We took the car to a Chrysler dealership, they contacted Chrysler and replaced the screen for free. I took my son car shopping and dealt with the service and sales department. I feel like I was taken advantage of and scammed. I thought buying a certified pre owned gave us peace of mind. Instead I was swindled into buying a car with a known issue, that was dragged out by the service department until the warranty was up. More
