I shouldn't be surprised at a 2. 4 rating. I just got back and the Service manager Dan got in my face. We had heated words because of their inability to back thier work. Had a Job don 4 rating. Had a Job done which they diagnosed back in June 23" $1300.00 later the Jeep is still not working right. I dropped it off on Monday so they could have it for two days. Never got back to me so i called when I did they had a $6000.00 estimate of all things I did want looked at. They could not guarantee me this would fix problem. So I said I will think about it, When i left they want $200 for inspecting the Jeep, something I never asked for. They would not give me the Jeep unless I paid, so I gave in while verbally blasting them. Hey after 4 months, $1300 and nothing fixed I was not happy. They gave me my car and Dan told be never to come back here again. i called him a big xxxxx, got in my car and was going to leave. As i did he came back and said :what did you call me?" Get out of the car. So I did, we stood face to face he said call me that again, I said you called me out make your move, of course he did nothing because, well you know! As I left a few ladies were out there verbally assaulting me, F*** you your an A** hole. and I left. They could not have been more unprofessional. DO NOT BRING YOUR JEEP THERE,. 2.4 RATING SAYS IT ALL. No sense adding to this or writing the powers that be i'm sure they will back their people! More
I found a vehicle on the website. Started talking to them, via email and text, and the following morning stopped to check it out before they opened. Found a sold tag on it. Reached out the internet sales person and manager when they opened to see if it was actually sold. I was told that the deal fell through and it was avaliable. I made an appointment to see it later in the day. I traveled almost an hour to get there to get told that they had taken a deposit on it minutes before I walked in. What is the point of an appointment if they sell it anyway? More

I had an appointment on Aug 2nd at 740am. Drop truck off because of a weird knocking noise going on. Needed and oil change, fuel filter and tire rotation. No call all day on the 2nd. I tried calling with no one answering the phone till the next morning. Come to find out they didn't even start my truck till the 3rd. So I call back at 4pm for them to tell me they didn't even check the knocking noise just did oil change tire and filter. What a joke. Don't go there More

Brought my jeep in for a few repairs. The main repair was my radio acting up.I now know it's called ghosting.The radio chances stations on it's own,makes random phone calls,goes from FM to The main repair was my radio acting up.I now know it's called ghosting.The radio chances stations on it's own,makes random phone calls,goes from FM to Siriusxm radio.I was told that it wouldn't be under my extended warranty because i spilled a liquid in the radio and that's what they told my warranty company so they denied me.I got screwed by them.I had to replace the radio myself.Out of pocket cost $2000.00.I thought having the extended warranty would save me.It would of if this service dept knew what they were doing and the tech who working on my jeep.So do you think i'll hear from them once they find out the radio was not the cause of the owner.It was caused by the radio manufacture.I doubt it.This is the fourth jeep i bought from them and most likely the last one.
