Customer service is lacking I made an appointment to test drive a car I was interested in, and by the time I got there less than 2 days later, the car had been sold. I understand I made an appointment to test drive a car I was interested in, and by the time I got there less than 2 days later, the car had been sold. I understand car sales are first-come, first-serve, but the night prior to my appointment I received an email from Gengras about the car's Kelley Blue Book report, so I never thought the car wouldn't be available the next morning. It would have been nice for someone to call or email me to let me know the car I had made an appointment to test drive was no longer available. Complete waste of time and very disappointing. In addition, when I walked in the entire staff was huddled around the front desk and no one bothered to greet me. Not sure what's going on with the customer service here, but this experience was a total turnoff and I'll no longer consider working with this dealership. More

He listened to what we were looking for and the price point we wanted to stay in, and he suggested we look at a different model that we hadn't considered. After our initial meeting we went home, looked through the inventory online and made another appointment to go for test drives. We ended up with a great car that's perfect for us and within the price point we wanted to stay in. Even after we negotiated price (which we were happy with)and figured the deal was the deal, Matthew called me the next day telling me he had found us even more discounts!! BONUS!! We have no hesitation recommending Matthew N. and Gengras to anyone looking for a no pressure, relaxed environment. Matthew was very knowledgeable and he LISTENED to us. A fantastic experience all around. More
