HORRIBLE customer service! Sold me my car with a broken part, said they would fix it and when it came time to fix it they reneged. I would not recommend! After the initial purchase, this has been a horrendous experience from a dealer or any business for that matter. Scratching and chipping paint on the exterior and damaging interior pieces of the vehicle. Every time brushing it off that they will just buff it out and point me on my way leaving the damage done and unfixable. All while explaining to me that when you service vehicles this happens and its normal. Even going to the general manager has not helped as he just pawns the problem off on incompetent workers in his service department. I've had to involve jeep corporate to help get info for me. The dealership screens their calls too. Unbelievable way to do business. Well, here is to hoping I get my car delivered to my home tonight. After 12 weeks of this type of service, not holding my breath. More
