Went to purchase a truck and when they presented the numbers they were charging me $1695.00 for a ceramic coating. We have purchased vehicles in the past from Gengras but I will not be returning. I requested a quote on a Jeep Grand Cherokee advertised at $48K and it has $2,700 added dealer fees making the cost actually $ will not be returning. This is the biggest dealer scam going on, especially for used cars. If you are in the market for a car make sure you understand that these fees are not normal and are negotiable or you can shop elsewhere like I am. More

HORRIBLE customer service! Sold me my car with a broken part, said they would fix it and when it came time to fix it they reneged. I would not recommend! I even reached out to my salesman and of course I r part, said they would fix it and when it came time to fix it they reneged. I would not recommend! Got an oil change and rear wiper. The bill that I was presented was @$173. Was charged for items not requested or done. Charged $25 and $15 installation. After the initial purchase, this has been a horrendous experience from a dealer or any business for that matter. Besides issues with actual work being done and lack of communication, the service departme experience from a dealer or any business for that matter. Besides issues with actual work being done and lack of communication, the service department has damaged my truck every single time it has been in service the past two years. Scratching and chipping paint on the exterior and damaging interior pieces of the vehicle. Every time brushing it off that they will just buff it out and point me on my way leaving the damage done and unfixable. All while explaining to me that when you service vehicles this happens and its normal. Even going to the general manager has not helped as he just pawns the problem off on incompetent workers in his service department. Avoid this dealer at all costs as they do not care about your personal property and apparently their reputation. More
Brought my gladiator in for service on July 23rd. It's October 18th today, still waiting for it to be finished. 12 weeks and counting. Was told it would be ready 2 Fridays ago. Nope. Was told I could actually pick it up today. Got to the dealership, Nope. Not ready. Was told they will deliver to my home by end of day today. They close in an hour. Not too hopeful. Communication sucks. Staff will tell you whatever they can to dismiss you as fast as possible. Rarely do they pick up the phone. Rarely do they return calls. I've had to involve jeep corporate to help get info for me. The dealership screens their calls too. Unbelievable way to do business. Well, here is to hoping I get my car delivered to my home tonight. After 12 weeks of this type of service, not holding my breath. More
